Weekly Thing

You should always be learning. As a technologist, you are often confronted with challenges with many dimensions, and the depth and breadth of your knowledge are vital to making progress. It is also essential to learn broadly as well. I have been learning about technology for over 25 years, and the Weekly Thing is my attempt at sharing that learning and discovery with others.

Unlike many newsletters, the Weekly Thing is not constrained to a specific topic. Think of it as a path of discovery in technology that evolves and changes. Some topics will come up regularly because they are principles that I care about deeply: leadership, privacy, productivity, and more. A friend once called the Weekly Thing a “direct feed from Jamie’s brain.” Another referred to the Weekly Thing as having a weekly coffee with an exciting friend and diving deep into different topics.

This is not a hustle. I’m not trying to sell you anything. There are no ads, your email will never be shared, and your privacy is protected. And it’s free!
