This is my project to re-engage with my physical and spiritual dimensions. The majority of the focus is on the physical dimension, specifically getting my weight to a healthier place and increasing my fitness level for various activities.
I have structured this into seven 90-day missions that each have their own individual mission objectives.
✅ Mission 1: Engage
March 14 to June 19, 2020
Mission objectrives for Engage.
Physical
- Spin on my Peloton bike for 25 mins or more 3 times a week.
- Use photo-logging of all of my food using the Ate application, along with metadata.
- Take 20 min strength session on Peloton, possibly with a treadmill hike 2 times a week.
Mental

Nothing in this mission.
Spiritual
- Meditate daily.
